  • In a pitcher or large bowl, combine the passion fruit juice and the ice. Mix for 1-2 minutes using a spoon, making sure the passion fruit juice is completely chilled.

  • Add the vanilla extract to the mixture and then slowly add the evaporated milk while mixing continuously with a spoon.

  • ¼ cup sugar optional
