Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and sear the shrimp for about 1-2 minutes per side, until lightly browned but not fully cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute, stirring frequently, until the garlic is fragrant and the butter starts to brown slightly.
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into the pan, then add sazón and stir everything together. Return the shrimp to the pan and cook for another 1-2 minutes, tossing them in the garlic butter until fully coated and cooked through.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve with tostones and lime wedges on the side. Buen provecho!
