Jumbo S'mores Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
S'mores chocolate chip cookies are the summers hot new trend. This summer, we're putting the traditional s'mores aside and opting for these delicious, jumbo s'mores cookies
Ingredients
- 4 marshmallows large
- 4 graham crackers halves
- 1 package cookie dough
Instructions
- Place a marshmallow atop half a sheet of graham cracker.
- Cover the top with ¼ cup of cookie dough until it is tight and compact. It's not necessary to cover the bottom of the graham cracker with cookie dough, just cover the marshmallow and the top of the graham cracker.
- Bake the cookies as directed in the packaging, or until golden brown and the marshmallow is melted.
- Let cool at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, and enjoy!
