Dominican Chimi Sauce
Chimi sauce is delicious with fried plantains and on sandwiches, and the best part is, it's made with just five simple ingredients!

mayonnaise

dijon mustard

soy sauce

orange juice
Instructions
In a bowl, combine ketchup, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, soy sauce, and orange juice.
Mix well until evenly combined and serve with tostones.

Notes
The pink sauce lasts
about 1-2 weeks when stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. I like to store it in a mason jar.
