Chimi sauce is delicious with fried plantains and on sandwiches, and the best part is, it's made with just five simple ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp orange juice

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine ketchup, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, soy sauce, and orange juice.
  • Mix well until evenly combined and serve with tostones. Buen provecho!

Notes

The pink sauce lasts about 1-2 weeks when stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. I like to store it in a mason jar.
