Café con Leche (Coffee with Milk)
Café con leche is a staple breakfast for Latinos, and in Dominican Republic, we love making it with stovetop greca coffee and frothed milk.

Ingredients
- 1 serving Domincan coffee
- ¼-½ cup milk
- Sugar to taste
Instructions
- In a small pot over medium heat, add milk and heat until the milk is hot (don't let it boil). Optionally, use a frother to froth the milk until foamy, or about 1-2 minutes.
- Carefully pour the hot coffee into a cup and top with milk, add sugar to taste, and serve warm. ¡Buen provecho!
